Q: Iphone 5s not powering up, keeps flashing the logo screen.

Out of nowhere, my iphone 5s just clicked and started blinking the home logo off and on. I put it on the **** charger and it just did not power on, but kept on going. My battery was low, just hit 10 percent before it went haywire. The camera has been giving me problems since I got it. Recording videos and it freezes up at like 19 seconds. When taking a picture, it will freeze, I would have to restart it. I put it in recovery mode, and now I keep getting this error code 4013 when I connect it and try to restore the phone. This is not cool and I am not a happy camper AT ALL.

Hello,

Putting the device in recovery mode was a good troubleshooting step.

For error 4013, I would advise you to try the following : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5314

That did not work. I even tried to restart on another computer. Still mot working. Its not my computer, not none of the wires, my connection is fine and all my usb ports work. Im gettin annoyed with this phone.

I can understand that it is frustrating for you, but rest assured that we'll do our best to find a solution.

If you tried on another computer, others cables, etc... The issue is surely coming from the device itself.
