Putting the device in recovery mode was a good troubleshooting step.

Apr 19, 2014 3:46 AM in response to Walidouby mrjones9008,That did not work. I even tried to restart on another computer. Still mot working. Its not my computer, not none of the wires, my connection is fine and all my usb ports work. Im gettin annoyed with this phone.

I can understand that it is frustrating for you, but rest assured that we'll do our best to find a solution.
If you tried on another computer, others cables, etc... The issue is surely coming from the device itself.
