Is it possible to redeem lion if you buy it from your iPhone? ( my macbook 2009 is in its factory settings. Can I download it on my mac if I bought it from my iPhone?)

You can't redeem Lion from an iOS device. You must use the OS X App Store app to redeem and download the OS.
