please help with my iPhoto?

Today, my iphoto wont open, it sasy we need to update to the latest version of iphoto to open it. We currently have v 9.4.3. I cant find any updates as it says there are no software updates when we search. Running mac OS X 10.7.5.

Please help anyone, need access to my photo library.
