why did all my synced music go to icloud and i cant play it anymore?

My Synced music has decided to go to icloud!!!

first i was trying to sync abt 10 songs to my ipad from my laptop but it wasn't working 😟.

then, aftr fiddling with the setting in the sync menu my ipad decided to randomly reboot

and after that, i tried to play a song, i tapped it and then that song, and all the songs after it, decided to go to icloud and now i cant play them. :'(
