Tethering Iphone 5s

Hello! Im looking to tethering with my iphone 5s, after a gogle search I have found the option:

The problem is that for a specific problem I need to NOT use a password.

Every time I try to delete any password it dosent leve me to activate the tethering 😕. Does anybody know how to do this? If not... Does anybody know any app that let me tethering without a password?
