A book I purchased for iPad says it is "formatted incorrectly" or is not in a format that format that iBooks can open
I downloaded a purchased book on iPad, but I have the error message above. Any ideas? I have the most up to date OS.

Where did you buy it? If it was purchased through Apple, contact them directly.
