Couldn't log into Support Communities, couldn't update account
I tried signing in to Apple Support Communities this morning, and forgot my password. When I clicked on the forgot password link, I was prompted for my name and email, which I entered. Upon submitting I got a message that my account was not found.
So I tried to create a new account, and got a message that my account already existed. A frustrating catch-22.
Luckily I was able to remember my password! Otherwise I wouldn't be posting this question.
Anyway, what's up with that?
