When I try to open Iphoto Version 9.2.3 it opens up but remains in the loading screen, its like a white doted circle and It does not show my photos how can I fix this?

Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your database
