Is there any reason my battery drains so much while my MacBook is on sleep

I had it sleeping for about 10-12 hours because I forgot to shut it down. The battery drained 20%.

It seems like quite a bit, and I'm wondering if it's a setting I have it on or if there is something wrong

with it that needs to be fixed. The retina screen was completely replaced about a week ago. I'm not

sure if it has something to do with that.
