Q: Cant Backup photos from an ipod touch

When i open my Ipod touch on my comuter it only shows me, or will import, 5 photos although i have over 3000 that i would like to back up to the hard drive. can anyone advise me how to find these pictures and remove them from the Ipod?

The importing photos
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
only copies those photos in the iPod's Camera Roll album. For other photos like photos synced to the iPod youneed a third-party program like TouchCoopy or PhoneView
