You write photos from iPhoto to a pen drive by exporting from iPhoto.

Select the the photos you want to save there in iPhoto, use the command "File > Export" and select the pen drive as the destination.

The options in the "Export" dialog are explained in Terence Devlin's User Tip:

Exporting From iPhoto https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4921

But if your question is about saving photos as a backup of your iPhoto library, have a look at this User Tip (the second part: How do I backup)

iPhoto and File Management https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6361

1 - you need to get your Cap Lock key repaired - posting in All caps is considered yelling and is rude - and makes your post hard to read

2 - the most general solution is to select the photos in iPhoto and export to a desktop folder noting the user tip on exporting for details on the options - then in the finder mount the unlocked pen drive and drag that folder to it
