I have a problem with my Apple TV I can't see the stores or rent or buy movies
can you access other online things like youtube and trailers?
if not then likely your appletv don't have a working connection to the Internet
check it's network settings
I can access everything and Internet is working I just can't see tv shows or movies
ATV1 is not connecting to the Apple store and causing all kinds of issues. Please let us know if you have an ATV1, ATV2, or ATV3. We are trying to group everyone with this issue into one main thread at:
