Error with SSH TOR, Connection refused ssh_exchange_identification

Hi all,

whenever I try to connect via SSH + TOR from my MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.2 (13C64), something going wrong )

i'm a novice, so please - don't be angry...

I'm using this tutorial from official TOR site:

SSSH: Method 3 (socat)

If you want every SSH communication to go through Tor, you can even say :

Host * ProxyCommand socat STDIO SOCKS4A:localhost:%h:%p,socksport=9050

But this is what i get after that command:

ssh MyHost-tor username@xxx.xx.xxx.xxx

socat[26721] E connect(5, LEN=16 AF=2 127.0.0.1:9050, 16): Connection refused

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

I can connect with ssh to localhost on the server itself.

I can connect via simple ssh without using TOR.
