Help to get my pics retrieved.

I recently lost my iPhone 5 with ios7, the phone is still offline and local police have yet not found through IMEI tracker nor I have been able to get any info through FindmyiPhone app. I don't see pics in MyPhotostream in my laptop from last 4 months. Is there anyway to get my pics since I have no hope of getting my phone back. iCloud account has just contacts, no notes, no pics which I can locate.
