Quicken and Mavericks
Has anyone had issues with Quicken for Mac dumping data after installing the latest iOS Mavericks update?

Mavericks is not an iOS. iOS is the operating system for iPods Touch, iPad, iPhone, and AppleTV.
If you have version 16.1.4 of Quicken 2007 for Mac (Intel - Snow Leopard, Lion, Mt. Lion and Mavericks) that it should work fine after the upgrade to Mavericks.
If you are running Snow Leopard and intend to upgrade to Mavericks, I recommend that you partition your hard drive, or add an external drive and install Mavericks there, as you experiment and get to know how Mavericks runs with your existing software. Use the "dual-boot" method to determine how to restart with either Snow Leopard or Mavericks (System Preferences:Startup Disk).
DO NOT install Mavericks over Snow Leopard, as it will destroy your Snow Leopard environment.
A late 2012 Mac can't have Snow Leopard except as Server. So that may be immaterial in this case, unless there is another Mac we are not being informed about.
My mistake; I didn't notice the date of the iMac and just assumed he "upgraded" from SL.
