I have lab results that are in a table format that I'm trying to put into a bar graph. Each lab has three results per test that are all bundled under on experiment . I would like to just name each lab test and with all three results.
Insert > Chart > 2D Bar.
Click the Edit Data button.
Replace the default figures with your own.

That only allows on result.
I have 6 lab tests with 3 tests per lab on one side and what they where tested with on the other side.
The result I'm trying to get is Lab1 with its three results in the same intersection with the component it was tested on
How about sketching what you want, taking a pboto of it, and posting the photo here? We may be able to help.
