Is it possible Reactivate "Find my iphone" through an icloud account ?

Hi there everone.....

Is it possible to reactivate "find my iphone" in an iphone4s which has been deactivated from this app ? My question is, can I reactivate "Find my iphone" through logging into my icloud account and do it from there ?
