I purchased a new (not refurbished, absolutely new) 27" iMac (from MacMall). In completely factory sealed package I found used wired keyboard and trackpad with dings and scratches.
I want to ask - ***?!
We aren't MacMall. You need to take it up with them.
I personally have had problems with them. I've had much better experience with PC/MacConnection, and CDW.
Sadly they took over the one other company I liked, PC/MacZone.
It has nothing to do with MacMall I guess - the whole item was factory sealed. But when I unpacked keyboard and tochpad ifound that they display visible signes of use - small marks and scuffs, mini-scratches.
I found a used keyboard and trackpad in my new iMac
