earlier today i bought an ed sheran album, i synced it normally and now, when i try to play any peice of music, the peice below frezes with a kind of play like sign next to it. its really annoying please help😉

Are you only having issues with the songs on this album? If so, they may not have downloaded completely. I would suggest removing the songs from the iPhone and redownloading them. The following articles will explain how:

Before you delete, find out if you'll be able to download the song you deleted again (it depends on where you live). To delete a song:
- Tap the Music app.
- Tap the Songs category.
- Swipe left to right over the song you want to delete.
- Tap Delete.
