In-app-purchases error

I'm trying to buy a 19.99$ in-app purchase for clash of clans and when it redirects me to the App Store to answer my security questions i get an error. It looks like coding

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.3, Clash of clans gift card purchase

try to go to settings>itunes and app store - tap the apple id and sign out - sign back in - and see if it gives you any error messages - if not then try your in-app purchase again
