Can't log into iMessage

For the past 24 hours me and my friends have all been having problems with iMessage. I haven't been able to log in all day. Last night, friends weren't receiving some of their messages.


I have rebooted my iPad and was able to sign in, but then I was immediately signed out and haven't been able to sign in again.
