Who/how do I contact Apple to downgrade my 20GB of iCloud storage within the first 15 days after upgrading from 10GB? When I try to find the answer online all I get is a link to maintenance outages! Apple's agreement says I can downgrade within 15 days but I can't find a way to do that. Thanks.
