Apple TV light won't come on. Won't respond to remote

The Apple TV is connected to the tv. Not responding to remote. It is getting power.

There is a picture of the box with a USB cord pointing to a music icon.

I have tried to unplug for 30 seconds.

I have tried syncing the remote again.

I have replaced battery in remote.

I got this last dec.
