any way to "reallocate" rEFInd after 10.9 install?

Gents, et al:

I'm wondering if there is an easy way to "re-connect" or "re-allocate" my rEFInd app that was working for my triple boot system on disk2 in 10.8.6. After I upgraded that partition to 10.9 yesterday I can't get rEFInd window to show up with option key the way I could before. I used a SuperGrub2 CD to boot into Linux Mint 16 partition and opened GParted and it looks like there is a 128 MB partition in front of disk 2, but it shows there as "non-allocated" . . . any easy Terminal commands to "re-allocate" that partition? Or any GUI method to get OSX to recognize rEFInd as it was before?

Or, if I re-install rEFInd would that re-use the old partition, or would it likely make a new one, leaving the old one taking up valuable space? That 128 MB does not show up in Disk Utility, so not sure if it can be erased . . . even if I tried from LM16 GParted would OSX accept that erasure on its territory?

Thanks,
