I pre-ordered Mercy me Welcome to the New I have downloaded only tracks 3,4,5,11 and no other tracks are avavialble. How do I get the rest of my purchase

I already enabled automatic downloads . I got tracks 3,4,5,11 only i want the rest of what i paid for
