Photo Stream not syncing

I have an iPad, iPhone, and Macbook Pro.

My iphone and ipad photo streams are updated and have the same number of photos.

My Macbook Pro is not updating. This issue appears to be with those streams that are owned by one person but allows members of the streams to post photos as well. The Macbook appears to only reflect those photos from the creator of the stream while my iPhone and iPad have the ful streams updated.

i have tried disable/enable and a few other suggests from the discussion posts however nothing appears to work.

Please help.
