Q: i have an iphone 3, just purchared a sim card from walmart, went to reset phone and now all there is on screen is a cord and itunes circle, so i plugged cord into computor where the usb site is and stilll nothing is happen with the phone what do i do now

Just purchased an Iphone3 from a friend, went to walmart and purchased a sim card through AT&T for the phone that where the old service was with,

after that went into phone setting and did a reset on the phone, now on the main screen it show a cord with usb and a circle with itunes. what im i suppose to do now phone will not do anything
