Is my Ipod Nano 7th gen home botton failing?

When i click the button sorta off to the side a bit, i dont hear a click sound but it goes back to the home screen a second later. It works pretty good if it is clicked in the middel. Also the button is not completely smooth with the glass as i can feel a little ridege betweent he glass and the button. What do I do? Can it get replaced? I bought it in the beginning of January 2014... First problem with an apple device since my first ipod touch 2nd gen...please help, it new and i dont want it to die!! ;(
