The Face Time is not working from 2days ago.
And I tried to update my apple ID.
But I could not remember the answers of security questions.
It said Sent reset security info email to s*****@gmail.com
but I don't recognize this rescue email address.
How can I reset my account?

I have a similar problem- I do not remember my security questions, and I have no idea what the rescue address is. It says s*****@gmail.com but I do not have a gmail with a similar name. I wonder if the fact that our rescue addresses are the same is a coincidence or if they actually are the same. Have you been able to access your account since then?
