I can't turn on my iphone4s after I turn it off. It all started when my camera shakes when i was about to take pictures so I decided to turn it off.

Could someone help me. I charged my iphone4s and went to sleep. When I woke up I used it to take pictures but I noticed the camera shake so I decided to turn it off. When I turn it on I can't turn it on. When I tried charging it and turn it on it just vibrate but it won't turn on. Please help.
