Unable to turn off volume on dial pad, became very loud for no reason

Yes. This worked for me. I don't play any games, so I had to download a game and turned the volume off and it turned off the volume on my dial pad . Thank you.

SO which is it? IN the subject of your post you say you are unable to turn off the volume but in the post itself you suggest that you cannot turn on the volume. WHICH IS IT?

Sorry Ocean20. First time responding to post. Mangolast answered my request to Iphone volume problem. For no reason my Iphone began getting louder and louder while dialing. Mangoblast suggested to go to any game and turn the volume to what ever level I wanted. This worked perfectly.

you could go to settings/sound and move the slider to change the volume
