Q: My Motorola S – 11 HD cuts in and out
so I bought a Motorola S 11 HD Bluetooth headset and it worked fine for a while can't remember if I updated the operating system or not at the time, but now some audiobooks that I've uploaded onto iTunes when played cut in and out on the headset. When I listen to the same thing on my phone speakers they do not cut and out so I don't think I'm having a connectivity problem because they always cut it out in the same place and always on the headset, but not on the speakers.
I took the first Motorola back to the store and replaced it but still have the same problem with the new one. I called Motorola and they had me do the normal reset and still does not help. I turned off the Wi-Fi as reported may be a problem in other support answers and still the same problem. not sure what to do because the reason why I bought two headset was to listen to audiobooks. I am playing the audiobooks through iTunes and saving them as a playlist. Only some audiobooks have this problem others do not so it's really frustrating.
if you have any idea of what the heck is wrong please help me out and about to give up and use a darn cord again.
