i want to take my photos from the gallery of my iphone to my lenovo laptop so i can upload it on facebook faster. when i plugged in the iphone the itunes recognize it but the laptop dont. why is that?
Try a different cable or a different USB port. If that does not do it then
RESET DEVICE
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).
If that doesnt do it reboot the computer and try again
