i have lost my iphone and the power was turned off when i lost it and i dont have find my iphone installed what can i do?

I have lost my iPhone 4s and i had it turned off when I laid it down somewhere and I have not installed the find my iPhone app. Is ther anyway possible to locate it.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Nope. If you didn't have find my iphone turned on, you will not be able to locate it. File a police report, and contact your carrier.
