With this you need two out of three things to change the password: your password, your 'trusted device' (i.e. your mobile phone) or the 'recovery key' Apple will send you which you should keep safe (not on your computer).
Then you can change your password and lock her out. Note that if you lose two of the three things you will be locked out and no-one can help you. I should do this promptly before it occurs to her to do it and lock you out.
