How do I resize tables in Keynote 6.2?

I'm trying to understand how to resize tables in Keynote 6.2, what are my options?

Here's what I've found so far:

- In Keynote 5.3 I can just click to select the table and then drag the edges to resize the table.

- In Keynote 6.2 I have to right-click the table, dismiss the pop-up window, THEN I can drag the edges to resize the table.

Is there a more straightforward way to resize tables by dragging the edges in Keynote 6.2?

Thanks

Click the table to display the move handle at top left of the table, click the move handle to show the size handles, then drag one of the three size handles. Use the shift key to resize in proportion.
