Macbook 13" retina

I just bought a new macbook 13" retina display but i didnt think of it not having a CD drive.

I also bought Movie Magic budgeting and sceduling but they only gave me CD's how would i go around ad get the installation files if i dont have a CD drive to put it in. Is their a way I can put the cd onto a flash and then install it from a flash and if there is how do i do it.

Since the CD or DVD media may have copy protection, your better idea for longer term use would be to get an external USB optical drive that can play and record both DVD and CD media. Several third-party branded models out there could also be used for system discs in older computers, such as those whose internal optical drives failed. Lacking an internal drive to begin with, an Apple USB SuperDrive may be adequate; they are the standard fare for use with Mac computers lacking an optical drive. Other brands could do the job, too.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
