Q: Translation and Options running issues with Patrician IV on Macbook Pro 10.9.2

Anyone else suffering significant problems trying to use Patrician IV on Macbook Pro with OSX 10.9.2? Game seems to only play in german spoken language and Option and Control menu selections are unusable in the game.

Yes, have emailed game supplier as well with same query. Was just wondering if any other mac users have had anything to add or advise on the topic.
