reinstall iweb

I just had to have my Macbook Pro restored due to problems with Mavericks. I now see that I cannot reinstall the app for iWeb. My data for iWeb is all backed up on an external hard drive. Given that I paid for iLife'09 shouldn't there be a way for me to have the app reinstalled? If not, is there a way to transfer my iWeb files to another website program that can support them. My professional website has depended on iWeb for the past 4 years and I need a quick solution to this problem.

Thanks. I was hoping I could somehow transfer the domain file, which I have located, to another web design program as I resent having to pay for iWeb again. Even though Apple no longer supports it, I paid for the '09 version and find it really annoying that I can no longer access it without purchasing it.

This may prompt me to redesign my site from scratch and abandon iWeb permanently.
