I can export a document to my Kindle account from my MacBook Air, but have not been able to discover how to do so on my iPad. I have presentations saved in dropbox that I need to move to Kindle to use but have to do it from my MacBook. Any help, or is it just not an available option on the iPad?

Can you e-mail the documents to yourself? then open that mail on the kindle and save it from there?
I'd like to be able to do that too, so just tried it. I sentmyself an email with a small TXT attachment from my iPad. Then used Settings > Experimental > Web Browser I tried to open my gmail account from my Kindle Keyboard. I got past the first stages, albeit painfully slowly, but couldn't navigate away from the address box to my inbox. There was a message saying that I was using a version of Safari that was not supported by Google.

But shortly after that failed experiment I realised I should have used my special kindle.com email address. That then worked fine, thanks.

Not sure I understand this. I've tried emailing a doc from my Dropbox to my kindle email registered to my iPad but it doesn't show up in my personal docs on my kindle account. I've checked to make sure my kindle email address is registered and activated, and it is. Anything I'm doing wrong?
Have a read of this article. It looks like you have to add the email address that you're sending from has to be added to your approved personal document e-mail list:
