Unable to use Netfirms email address through Mail

Unable to use Netfirms email address through Mail

Can send and receive email through web browser at Netfirms. Have gone to preferences and put in Bellsouth address (my ISP) and Netfirms address separated by commas, but Netfirms address is not being picked up by Mail.

What's my next move?

Adding an additional email address to the email address field under the Account information tab for an existing account is for an alias email address to a primary email account/address with both sharing the same user name, incoming mail server and password.

Does your Netfirms email account or address have the same user name, incoming mail server and password as your Bellsouth email account?

If not, you need to create the Netfirms email account/address as a separate account in Mail.
