Q: Repair Permissions: alarming responses

Partly as routine, partly because I had an iPhotoproblem, I ran 'Repair permissions'. The result was hundreds of iTunes and Safari repairs, and also this message:

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Just as a check, I ran 'Repair permissions' again immediately, expecting no repairs to be shown, but hundreds of iTunes and Safari repairs were shown again, as was the SUID file warning.

1. Is the SUID file warning something I should worry about, and, if so, what can I do about it?

2. Why were all those hundreds of iTune and Safari repairs necessary again immediately after the repairs had ostensibly just been done?

Thank you, all you experts out there, in anticipation of responses.
