Ya know, you may have gotten your answer by now, but I'd like to say a word for civility and against arrogance. I just read this thread and see that some folks think that we're all technologically savvy and know all the terminology that will make us sound like tech support. The reason we come to these forums, however, is that we most certainly are not of that ilk; otherwise, we wouldn't need these forums. We may need to ask more than once; we may need clarification. We may need terms explained. I have learned a lot about computers from kind, patient people who have been extremely generous with their time--I even learned HTML and began making and managing simple website for others, all by communicating one e-mail at a time with a small town newspaper editor whom I never met. Most recently, for example, I needed to ask what seemed like a very simple question about a mobile app, and not one person on that forum had an unkind word to say. They were patient. I learned about the app, about compatible file formats, and most importantly, I learned again that not everyone trolling these forums is as unkind as some of the others, whose comments I've seen on this one (I just learned the modern use of the term "trolling" about a month ago from a 78-year-old philosophy professor... and I'm 67).
