facetime not working

As you have seen, this is very common in the last few days.

Apple will resolve.

Wait. Apple is working on it.

Patience.

If you are having issues with Facetime, and your device is running iOS 7.1, and you have followed the troubleshooting procedures (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3367), contact apple support.

The http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ page states that if you are experiencing an issue not listed, to contact support .

facetime hasn't been working for me for many days now. says "connecting" and just hangs there.

also my imessage messages get delivered in snail time as there is a considerable delay leading me to think there are issues on apple's end somehow with their servers and hardware.

running ios 7 latest on ipad iphone and mavericks updated on imac without success. facetime not working for many days now and hangs on connecting.

I have the same problem. And you have kindly pointed me to this discussion thread. I have an iPhone 4 on an operating iOS 6.3.1. Does this mean FaceTime will cease to operate on this iOS? Is this confirmed do we know?

I have had the same problem for several days. Using latest version. This is getting very frustrating.

Do we have any confirmation that Apple is working on it? It hs been very frustrating lately. I have exactly the same problem. Would Apple care to comment on this thread?

There is no Apple here in this user to user forum.

Have you contacted apple to report your issue?

I see that quite a few people are having this problem and I see on this fourm that Apple supposedly is working on it. So was wondering...
