iphone vimeo upload fails

I've been attempting to upload a 30 sec video done in iMove for iPhone 5, and I am unable to upload it to my vimeo account. I have the app installed, and I am logged in. I'm using Wi-Fi and nothing. I have no issues uploading to Facebook or youtube. Just Vimeo. I really have no desire to upload this 30 sec pice to youtube and then download it so I can upload it. any ideas? Thank you
