Randomly lost contacts on iPhone 5s?

Today I suddenly lost all of my contacts on my phone. It must've been when I added a couple of new songs to my iPhone. However, all my photos, notes, text messages, reminders, email settings, ect. (iCloud backup stuff) is all there, except for all my contacts, they are gone.

Is there any way to fix this? I have a recent backup on my computer that should have all the contacts that I need. (I also have backup(s) on iCloud but my contacts aren't there)

Any help will be appreciated

Are your contacts still on icloud.com when you check from your computer?

Yes, I checked iCloud on the computer and all the contacts are gone. Unless there is something I am accidently missing, I think I must have accidently deleted the contacts from the phone and iCloud.

Try going to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts off, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, then turn Contacts back on and choose Merge when prompted. It's a long shot, but sometimes this will restore them if the local cached copy still exists.
