How do I prepare my macbook running OS 10.4 for resale?

I have an old Macbook that runs on Tiger. I have not used it regualrlly since '11. I am looking to finally get rid of it and I cannot find any instructions for restoring it to factory settings.

MacBook, iOS 4.3.3

Throw away any files which may contain sensitive data, securely empty the Trash, insert its original disk, restart the computer with the C key held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the partition with Mac OS X installed, install a fresh OS onto it, and include the disk with it.
