Q: How do you get the whole picture on your screen when you select a photo for your background?

Ever since the new update all my photos are zoomed in and I can't get the complete picture on the screen.  I'm hoping someone can tell me what I can do to be able to use a complete photo.  Thanks so much and Happy Easter.
