My wife uses a WYSE terminal here at home, It connects her to work through my Linksys router WRT54G, when I installed my airport extreem, all the apple products in the house worked well, expect she can not connect to work, which is not good, any suggestons would be helpfull, for now my apple router sits in the closet in a box.
What method does the WYSE terminal use to remote connect to her work?
It may be Citrix or it could be remote desktop, or it could be vpn.
You need to find out what ports are required to be open from the IT support at her work place.
Then you need to setup port forwarding (mapping in applespeak) to allow those ports to connect.

My wife's system is Citrix, they say they don't support home systems, so they wont help. Any idea's Citrix uses.
Ask the it department, not Citrix
I did ask her IT department and they said "we do not support home networking" so no help. I did download a list of ports Citrix uses, will have to do more studying.
Thanks to everyone who look at my problem and chose to put forth answers. I was able to port forward in the AirPort utility to a windows setup, then had to do home networking to bring my wife's system online.
She has also commented on how better her system works.
