Problems uploading with iTunes Match.

I am successful maybe 1 of 10 times uploading through iTunes Match. Generally, I get an error message. But lately, the upload process has been stalled. Frozen for 4 days at 99% of songs checked. Then frozen for 1 day at 10% of songs uploaded.

I called Apple Support but they couldn't help other than refer me to troubleshooting articles that didn't address the upload.

Is the only solution to start all over with Tunes Match?
